METHOD 1: Powerwash using Shortcut Keys

  1. Log our of your Chromebook profile.
  2. Now press and hold CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + R at the same time.
  3. A new screen will load asking you to Restart. Do it.
  4. A new box will load click Powerwash.
  5. After that click Continue.
    Your Chromebox device will restart and delete all the files.

METHOD 2: Powerwash using the Settings options

  1. Log into your device.
  2. Click your Account photo on the taskbar.
  3. Click the Settings gear icon.
  4. Scroll down until your reach the Advanced section. Click it.
  5. Find “Reset Settings” menu.
  6. Click Powerwash.
  7. Click Restart on the window that loads.
  8. A new box will load, click again Powerwash, then click Continue

Now your Chromebox will take care of the rest of the process automatically.
