Dell has presented their new Chromebook 14 Inspiron Convertible laptop. The announcement has been made at IFA Berlin and it should reach the consumer market later this year.

Dell hasn’t launched a new Chromebook device for some time now, but this is about to change as they presented their new Inspiron Chromebook 14-inch device at IFA Berlin. This new laptop packs a fast CPU, enough RAM for you to run as many tabs as you want, and great battery life to run them for as long as possible.

The Insipiron Chromebook 14 Convertible laptop by Dell is a mid-range device, but you should still get more than enough even though it doesn’t pack top-of-the-line specs. When it comes to Chromebooks, this new model should offer enough power for the average Chromebook user. If you’re a power user or a developer, then you might want to take a look at other high-end devices, too.

The Dell Inspiron Chromebook 14 Convertible packs the following: 14-inch convertible screen with Full HD 1920 x 1080 resolution, the display is a TrueLife eLED Backlight Touch IPS screen, 8th-gen Intel Core i3 8130U CPU that clocks 3.40 GHz and 4MB cache, 4GB DDR 4 RAM with 2400MHz, 128 GB eMMC internal storage, two USB 3.1 Type-C ports, one USB 3.1 Type-C port, microSD card slot, backlit keyboard, 56Wh battery, and it weighs almost 2 Kg.

The i3-8130U processor packed within the Dell Inspiron Chromebook 14 Convertible should provide great speeds that should offer you one of the best Chrome OS experiences ever. Also, the device is priced at $599 and it should be shipped starting with October 23rd in the United States. The laptop should be sold all over the world starting with the same date, but there is no confirmation of that as of now.
