How To Select And Move Multiple Tabs in Chrome

This feature will definitely make your browsing experience more enjoyable. If you haven’t used it already, it will be a game changer for you. The fancy functionality came along with the first variant of Google Chrome and you probably noticed that you can drag and drop tabs to create new separate windows or to rearrange them in the existing window. We use this all the time to prioritise our tasks.

And for you to be able to switch between tabs faster, here is a new tip to match the usefulness of this old feature of Google Chrome. So, in order to group more tabs and move them all at once in a new window, all you have to do is to hold down the Shift Key, select the tabs and then drag to move them either in a new window or on the same window, but in a different order.

If you are one of the users that love use Chrome as a default browser, we’re sure that this information will come in very handy for you.

And if this is not enough, you can always use the Tab Manager, which can show you which tab is consuming most of your processor and memory, and from which you can kill those that are unresponsive or unnecessary. In order to access it, you have to hold down simultaneously the keys Shift and Esc.

What do you think? Have you used these shortcuts already, or is this something completely new for you? Leave us a comment below, we are happy to hear your opinion regarding the matter.
